Sheltered Walkways

Not all of the buildings in FIU are connected by a sort of walk way with a shelter.  This becomes an issue when it's a rainy day on campus.  For example, one of the first days of this semester I got caught waiting 45 minutes under PCA because that building does not have a sheltered walkway to any other buildings.  Therefore, I was late to my lab class.

I wish they would create sheltered walkways that connect all buildings together that would eliminate the use of carrying umbrellas and allow students to not have to worry about the rain and making it to class on time.
